TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions upon Hive Garden Flowers are made available to you, the event organiser for any of our services. By paying the booking fee of £100 non-refundable deposit you secure your chosen wedding date with Hive Garden Flowers then you agree to the following:

Price shall be the price set out in the Florist's quotation and includes the specified Flower Requirements as set out in the final quotation. The Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges will be added dependant upon distance and time from Hive Garden Flowers otherwise stated.

The balance is due 28 days prior to the Delivery Date. In the event of non-payment the Florist reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Deposit:

A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, together with a signed Booking Form.

Flower availability and substitution:

All flower products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, the Florist reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

Photographs, colours, samples and flower variety names set out in the quotation are supplied as a guide only.

Delivery:

The Florist will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the Delivery Address you provide. It is very important that you ensure that the Delivery Address you provide is accurate, and that you give Alternative Delivery Details to assist location of difficult-to-find addresses. It is also very important that you keep us informed if you find that the Delivery Address changes prior to the Delivery Date. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery of your order due to any omission or inaccuracy in the Delivery Address or Alternative Delivery Details provided by you.

If there are any travel delays or unforeseen travel accidents Hive Garden Flowers cannot be help responsible for non delivery or late delivery.

Damaged Flowers:

Although we do our best to ensure that this does not happen, on very rare occasions, flowers arrive at their destination damaged. If you receive damaged flowers, please contact the Florist immediately. The damaged flowers must be retained for the Florist's inspection.

Cancellation:

In the event that you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so in writing at least 28 days prior to the Delivery Date.A full refund can be given. For unforeseen circumstances that include travel disruptions, change of venue, postponements and inclement weather conditions, illness or Injury a partial refund will only be given 14 days prior to the organised date. After this 14 days Hive Garden Flowers reserved the right to not pay the remaining funds. You can not cancel the flower order when in transit on the day.
